Niall is Director and Founder of Digitise Consulting with extensive experience in highway design and possesses excellent technical ability combined with strong project and commercial management skills.

He has a strong understanding of the requirements of effective design management and coordination across a variety of disciplines, working with Transport for NSW and Roads and Maritime on many major infrastructure projects across NSW.

Niall has a passion for Digital Engineering with recent experience on major infrastructure projects enabling him to diversify his knowledge to successfully integrate Digital Engineering into other major infrastructure projects. He utilises this knowledge to complement his design management skills, adopting Digital Engineering tools and processes to improve how to successfully manage and deliver projects for both public and private clients.

He continues to work with Transport for NSW developing their Digital Engineering requirements and specifications and is a driving force in the successful adopting of Digital Engineering on infrastructure projects across the state

Jeremy is a Technical Principal and a Chartered Engineer at Digitise Consulting with strong experience across civil engineering design, technical coordination and management, and digital strategy implementation. He has demonstrated capability across many aspects of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, as well as the development and implementation of regional digital engineering strategies.

He has held a variety of roles on major infrastructure projects, ranging from Alignment Engineer to Design Manager, and has established capabilities in highways engineering, alignment design, stormwater drainage design and analysis, utilities coordination, and general technical management.

In addition to his traditional engineering experience, Jeremy has strong capability in the delivery of digital engineering outcomes, having held lead digital engineering roles on major multidisciplinary projects, involving the development of detailed Federated Models, clash reporting, 4d construction simulation, and visualisation. He has a strong background in the customisation of engineering software packages to increase the efficiency and quality of engineering deliverables through digital innovation.

Ryan is a Civil Engineer at Digitise Consulting with a strong background in civil engineering design, technical coordination, digital implementation, programming, machine learning and data mining. He has demonstrated capability across many disciplines of Civil Engineering on various infrastructure projects across NSW, VIC and QLD. He has also shown aptitude on development and implementation of regional digital engineering strategies.

He has held roles over a variety of disciplines on major infrastructure projects, ranging from alignment, stormwater drainage, road furniture, utilities design and general technical management and coordination. He has an extensive understanding on the design documentations including Austroads Guide to Road Design, Transport for NSW Supplement to Austroads, and Australian Standards.

Furthermore, Ryan has been developing strong capability on delivery of digital engineering outcomes. He created many custom automation tools for engineering software packages over a variety of infrastructure project disciplines. The tools help facilitate improved efficiencies in developing Federated Models, clash reporting, 4d sequencing, and visualisation.

Anthony is a Civil Engineer at Digitise Consulting with a passion for applying new technologies to solve challenges within the infrastructure sector.

He has a diverse digital skillset, with experience in modelling software including AutoCAD, Revit, Unity, MATLAB, and Aimsun Next, enterprise management platforms including BIM360, SAP S/4HANA, and Oracle SQL, as well as data visualization and prototyping programs including SAS Viya and Figma.

Anthony’s professional endeavours extend beyond traditional engineering. He has 6 years of experience as a freelance photographer and videographer, developing a strong attention to detail and a creative eye. With a high proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Anthony also exhibits strong abilities to work independently and the capability to think outside the ‘box’, while maintaining a high level of quality in his deliverables.

JessicaJessica is a Graduate Civil Engineer at Digitise Consulting who is passionate about developing her civil and digital engineering skills through project delivery. She is motivated to increase efficiency and compliance throughout her work and applies her strong problem solving and innovation skills to identify areas of improvement.
More recently, Jessica has been crucial in supporting the completion of Federated Models and completing clash detection analysis for a range of major projects within NSW including Mamre Road Stage 1, Eastern City Congestion and M5 Westbound Traffic Upgrade.

Jessica also has extensive knowledge in transport engineering from traffic management in correspondence with Ausroad Guidelines, mobility modelling using Aimsun, road design using Autodesk Infraworks, and public transport management using HASTUS. In addition, her complex systems engineering background allows her to organise, visualise and analyse real-time data to provide innovative predictive analytics.

is a Graduate Civil Engineer at Digitise Consulting, with a strong background in structural and water engineering. He has experience in performing structural assessments and design for photovoltaic power projects, in addition to optimising and planning potable water networks for small towns and cities. Utilising his project experience, Blas has also coordinated and managed a number of projects, allowing him to discover key strategies for efficiently and effectively exceeding client expectations.

He has an extensive understanding of a variety of engineering software applications including WaterCAD, SAP2000, Etabs, AutoCAD, ArcMap, and HEC-Ras, allowing him to confidently analyse and design water distribution networks, complex structural systems, and perform geospatial analysis.

Blas’s proficiency in using these engineering software applications combined with his excellent technical ability enables him to optimise project outcomes, deliver high-quality work, and meet project deadlines. Additionally, Blas is skilled in using several computer programming languages, including Python, Matlab, DAX, and SQL, for data analysis, automation tasks, and numerical analysis and simulation.
