Arthur Redditt

Director

After graduating with an honours degree in Engineering from Canterbury University, Arthur moved to Australia to work initially at the Ford Motor Company and latterly at Toyota Australia, where he was responsible for new model planning and test and development programmes.

On his return to New Zealand, Arthur ran one of New Zealand's major tour companies, prior to taking up the role of group IT manager with the parent company, Tourism Holdings. The position involved preparing IT strategies for the group businesses - including internet solutions - and, as such, he has an expert understanding of the use of technology in the tourism industry.

Arthur now focuses on providing sales and product support to digitise clients and managing this growing business.

Brendan Sullivan

General Manager

Brendan has a strong sales, marketing and business background, having worked for national and international companies across various industries including building, packaging, media and print.  Brendan is passionate about positioning Digitise as a first choice supplier for those that want on line business solutions that deliver true commercial value.

“The evolution of on line space is moving at ever increasing speed and technological developments are allowing us to create solutions that were not available as recent as five years ago – this in itself is incredibly exciting and we are pleased to be recognised as the leaders in this charge. We are participating in the social media revolution as this has changed the way we communicate and Facebook™ for example has proven this movement has real power – the numbers simply can not be ignored”

Brendan is ably supported by his management team, including Michelle Holland, Studio Manager, Andrew Drake, Development Manager and Sharon Dwyer, Administration Manager

Michelle Holland

Studio Manager

Michelle has been working in the web industry since 2004, having held account and post-production management roles prior to joining Digitise in 2007.

Michelle’s mission, is to ensure the smooth running of the studio and the successful delivery of each digitise project.

Brigid McClelland

Sales Executive

Meet Brigid, who brings over 16 years of media sales experience to digitise.

She has a wealth of experience behind and in front of the camera and has enjoyed developing online media, another dimension for digitise.

Brigid has a passion for acting, presenting, singing and enjoys the challenge of heading the sales team and developing strong relationships with our many valued clients.

Peter Wood

Sales Executive

Having arrived from across the Tasman 14 years ago, Peter joins Digitise with over 20 years experience in direct media and print sales.

Throughout his career he has been driven by best process and service delivery. With a very strong professional focus, Peter thrives in challenging environments with a view to first class customer service.

Outside of work, Peter's life revolves around his family. Having married Nikki, a North Canterbury girl, he has two beautiful daughters who share his love for water sports and the outdoors.

Sharon Dwyer

Administration Manager

Meet Digitise's admin angel! With her bubbly personality Sharon’s been ‘heaven sent’ to handle our accounts and administration duties. Sharon now takes care of all of the digitise accounts as well as providing admin support to the sales and production teams.

Not only is she a ray of sunshine around the office, but she’s a highly efficient admin professional who’s super organised and very good at what she does. As an added bonus Sharon has previous website administration experience, so she knows the web lingo!

Outside of work, Sharon is kept busy with her three teens, likes to potter in her garden and takes long walks around Sumner.

Sonia Chen

Web Designer and Developer

Sonia loves the challenges of combining design with technology and getting to ‘make things’.

When she’s not developing flash applications or re-designing websites, she likes to potter in her garden, getting a lot of personal satisfaction out of cooking with her own veggies. She also finds time to write to ‘her kids’ Musa and Koga who she sponsors through World Vision. She keeps fit by cycling everywhere and is rarely separated from her beloved bicycle. She’s particularly proud of cycling all the way up the Port Hills and over to Sumner Beach.

Sonia, with dance partner Paul is the 2008 South Island Salsa Champ in the "Dancing under 1 year category".  We think she's a champ both on and off the dance floor!

Sam Kilpatrick

Web Designer

After receiving a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication, Sam was head-hunted by an internationally recognised foreign currency services provider and began his design career as an in-house graphic designer. Two years later he went on a working O.E. and was employed by a high profile advertising company in Australia before returning to New Zealand to work as a Brand Manager for a small Christchurch based design agency. Recently Sam made the "challenging yet rewarding" move from print to web design with his new role as a web designer here at Digitise.

Outside of his work Sam loves the outdoors, often spending his time off hunting, fishing and shooting, or scouting the aisles of Bunnings for his many DIY projects.

Michael Wood

Web / Graphic Designer

Michael had aspirations of becoming an architect, but after taking a graphic design course at High School he was hooked. He followed this up with courses at the Design & Arts College in Christchurch, graduating with a diploma in Graphic Design.

During his time at digitise, Michael has worked on a number of successful projects including design work for Pacific AG, Hurrels Apparel, Hawk Football and Canterbury Trap. Michael was also responsible for the launch of digitise’s successful EcoMail product.

In addition to design, his other two passions are cars and music (he hopes to produce his own drum and bass music and dj in local clubs someday). He also spends a good part of his time online keeping up with the latest technology.

Jacek Pakulski

Web Developer

Jacek is a Polish Canadian Kiwi, husband of the year and a dad in training.

He loves the girl, the baby, cycling, running, nature photography and programming mostly in that order. He’s also been trying to play the guitar (for the past 20 years).

Andrew Drake

Development Manager

Andrew began working as a web programming contractor while completing his BSc in Computer Science at Auckland University. In 2002 he moved to London for what ended up being a 6 year OE working at the BEAM.TV – a web-based company specialising in global media distribution for the advertising company.

While at Beam, Andrew worked with brands such as Unilever, Nike, Universal Music and Nokia. He was involved with projects implementing a wide range of technologies including IPTV, mobile internet and multi-screen digital signage solutions.

In 2007 Andrew married Lydia, a kiwi girl who he had met in London. They moved back to NZ in 2008, settling in Christchurch. Andrew spent a few months contracting for UK and NZ contracts before being picked up by Digitise in 2009. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys photography, spending time outdoors and helping Lydia lead a Sunday School class at a local church.
